Look for a provider who treats medication as one part of your care, not the entire plan. A true whole-person approach also considers your physical health, relationships, sleep, hormones, and sense of purpose — because mental health doesn't exist in isolation from the rest of your life.

Private pay is available for patients who prefer not to use insurance or whose plan isn't in-network. The initial evaluation is $250. Follow-up visits are $150 for a 50-minute session or $100 for a 30-minute session.

Both. In addition to medication management, Inner Compass Mind Health offers therapy Including supportive therapy, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, so care isn't limited to prescriptions alone.

Medications are prescribed based on each person's individual treatment plan and goals. This can include standard psychiatric medications for anxiety, depression, and ADHD, as well as medications for substance use disorders — including buprenorphine (Suboxone) for opioid use disorder, and naltrexone, acamprosate, and disulfiram for alcohol use disorder.
