Look for a provider who treats medication as one part of your care, not the entire plan. A true whole-person approach also considers your physical health, relationships, sleep, hormones, and sense of purpose — because mental health doesn't exist in isolation from the rest of your life.
At Inner Compass Mind Health, that looks like care organized around three connected areas:
Mind — evaluations and medication management for anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and trauma recovery
Body — nervous system regulation, hormonal wellness, and support through perimenopause and menopause
Spirit — mindfulness, resilience, and reconnecting with what gives your life meaning
If a provider can only speak to medication and symptom reduction, ask how they address the rest. Whole-person care should be able to name specifics, not just use the phrase as a tagline.

I want you to feel heard before anything else — not rushed through a checklist, not reduced to a diagnosis. Medication may be part of your care, but it isn't where our conversation begins or ends. I take the time to understand what's actually going on in your life — your sleep, your relationships, your stress, your history — because all of that shapes how you're doing and what will actually help. My goal isn't just to reduce symptoms; it's to help you feel more like yourself again.
